Juergen Lauber-Noell is Certified Tax Adviser and Certified Expert Adviser for International Taxation.
From 1988-1991, Mr. Lauber-Noell studied at the State University for Fiscal Affairs in Rotenburg/Fulda. He passed the on-the-job training part of his education at the local tax office in Darmstadt. In 1991, Mr. Lauber-Noell graduated as Master of Fiscal Affairs. After a time in the Income Tax Department of the Regional Tax Office in Frankfurt/Main he quitted the tax administration in 1992 and worked for an audit firm in Frankfurt/Main. From 1993-1995 he was Senior Assistant in the department for audit and tax consultant services for medium-sized businesses of KPMG Frankfurt/Main.
In 1995, Mr. Lauber-Noell passed the exam for Certified Tax Advisers and moved from KPMG to the Corporate Tax department of Hoechst AG, where he was employed until 1999 and where he supervised many national and international projects from a tax point of view. After some month in an in-house business consultancy project for knowledge management as representative of PricewaterhouseCoopers' tax department, Mr. lauber-Noell joined the Transaction Tax (M&A) / International Tax Group of Arthur Andersen in Eschborn, where he worked as Manager and, after the merger with Ernst & Young, as Senior Manager. After a year as Senior Manager in the M&A Tax Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt/Main (2006/2007), Mr. Lauber-Noell moved back to Ernst & Young in Eschborn as Director in the Transaction Tax (M&A) Group.
In 2013, Mr. Lauber-Noell passed the exam for Certified Expert Advisors of International Taxation.
